The Tao can’t be perceived. smaller than an bit, it contains uncountable files.
If powerful men and women could remain centered in the Tao, all things would be harmony.
The net would become a paradise. All users would be at peace, and the standards would be those written in their hearts.
When you have versions and releases, know that they are provisional.
When you have consortia, know where their functions should end.
Knowing when to stop, you can avoid any danger.
All things end in the Tao as sendmail flows into the net.

Scripture Reading: Isaiah 6:1-8
In the year that King Uzziah died, I saw the Lord sitting on a throne, high and lofty; and the hem of his robe filled the temple. Seraphs were in attendance above him; each had six wings: with two they covered their faces, and with two they covered their feet, and with two they flew. And one called to another and said: “Holy, holy, holy is the LORD of hosts; the whole earth is full of his glory.”
The pivots on the thresholds shook at the voices of those who called, and the house filled with smoke. And I said: “Woe is me! I am lost, for I am a man of unclean lips, and I live among a people of unclean lips; yet my eyes have seen the King, the LORD of hosts!”
Then one of the seraphs flew to me, holding a live coal that had been taken from the altar with a pair of tongs. The seraph touched my mouth with it and said: “Now that this has touched your lips, your guilt has departed and your sin is blotted out.” Then I heard the voice of the Lord saying, “Whom shall I send, and who will go for us?” And I said, “Here am I; send me!”

Bishop Bruce Ough intends to appoint Reverend Walter Lockhart to both Walker Community UMC and Simpson UMC beginning September 1, 2015.
The Simpson Staff Parish Relations Committee and I have both affirmed this addition to my appointment. I will be working full time split evenly between the two churches. Walker UMC will continue to have a 10 AM service. I will arrive at 10:30 on Sundays after singing time. Other scheduling items will be worked out by the two Staff Parish Relations Committees.
This change will lead to a cost savings for Walker UMC because you will only have to pay one half of my housing allowance and continuing education. This does not mean that Simpson and Walker are partner churches, that is up to the leadership of both churches. I hope that the relationship can grow organically as you share me as your pastor. This is an opportunity for all of us to grow together in our ministry in the city.
Walter
