Winter Solstice Sun Candle Ritual: Wed. Dec. 21, 6 pm. Walkerites and friends are welcome to meet at Mary Burn’s house. Gather at 6 pm and Solstice Candle Ritual from 6:30pm–7:45pm. On the Winter Solstice we gather to celebrate the rebirth of the Sun in our lives. We will honor the quiet beauty of Winter and bless the Sun by lighting candles to represent what brings light to our lives. Candles will be provided. FFI–Bonita Blumenauer or Nancy Gehrenbeck-Miller.

Christmas Eve Celebration & Potluck: Sat, Dec 24, Celebration at 4 pm. Potluck at 5:30 pm. Bring a dish to share.
Christmas Day Sun, Dec 25 there will be NO celebration at Walker. You are invited to the 9:30 am Christmas Day Service at Simpson United Methodist Church, 2740 1st Ave So. FFI Walter.

The opening of MCPA (Minnesota Pagan Artists Collection) show–“Mother Night: the Goddess in Winter” which weaves the themes of myth, Goddess reverence, and creative renewal in the winter season, with an invitation to celebrate and connect with our matriarchal lineage.
