Trustees Meeting Minutes

Those present:  Jennifer Gahnstrom, Al Hildenbrand, Wayne Bailey, Jim Stark, Harlan Seelhoff, Ed Ed Mueller, Walter Lockhart.

Minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.

Jennifer presented the state of the finances.  Rentals were discussed.

Beck Austin Inspection results + reinspection to be done tomorrow at 1:30

Interiors for All vote.  Interiors for All work list is largely being handled by Wayne and volunteers.  Painting is in full swing.  Adel will do the staging when the painting and repairs inside the habitable rooms are complete.

Work on Parsonage:  Wayne, Ed Ed, Al reported progress.

Sarah Dagg moved into the New Walker and is using the Meditation Room.

RayPak boiler Oct 1 servicing by Tim Trout occured.  The Factory code gurus could not duplicate the “code error” in the software and sent Tim back to fix the machine.  Tim spent 5+ hours and replaced the PIM board completely, twice, having the last one, with a more recent date code, messengered to him.

Walter wants someone to approach the Clinic that burned, north of the Church, to see if people can park there on Sundays.

Dining floor tile, Sanctuary doors, Boiler document, water in the basement (hint in south expansion joint in last two weeks), front electric door still hangs, west Fellowship door latch/lock out of alignment, Flat roof screw pops,
