Trustees Meeting Minutes
April 8, 2015
Those present: Ed Ed Mueller, Al Hildenbrand, Wayne Bailey, Trenk Ebbighausen,
Minutes of the last meeting were corrected and approved.
Jennifer left printouts of the finances.
The City of Minneapolis is going to resurface 31st St from Bloomington to the Light Rail and proposes assessing Walker CUMC $4,597.5. Wayne is going to make calls and go to the public hearing to question the figure based upon the three historic lots (28, 27,26 from N to S).
Ed Ed moved and Trenk seconded the design of a storage room in the basement in the area opposite the elevator doors. Passed unanimously.
Trenk moved and Wayne seconded to use Ed Ed’s compost bins in the back yard. Passed.
Ed Ed expressed interest in Garden Task Force. Al will invite Alice and Becky. Trenk volunteered a power post-hole digger.
A tack strip around the Circle Entry was considered to give more seating space with the posters hung on the tack strip, instead of on easels. Wayne made note of needing about 36′.
The Elevator Company installed the mechanical room service log in response to our notification of City Elevator Inspector Violation Report. Jennifer conveyed the information about the level misalignment of the elevator car to the landing and the technician reported that it only happens on rise, not descent. In Thysson Krupp’s opinion the level misalignment was not important.
The Gilbert Mechanical bi-annual service contract for the Roof Top HVAC was discussed and tabled until the next meeting.
The meeting was adjourned.
